Oxygen & carbon dioxide balance is crucial to mental & physical health.
You have two choices when triggered -
Control your breathing, or breathing will control you.

TYPE 1 BREATHING
​Diaphragmic Breathing (abdominal/horizontal) good oxygenation
seen in Calm Emotions, Good Singing, Restorative Sleep, Strong Muscles, High Energy, Resilience, Quick Thinking, Good Posture, and Confident Speaking.

TYPE 2 BREATHING
Thoracic Breathing (chest/vertical) imbalance with high carbon dioxide
