What we believe.

Core Issues

Our business initiatives are for the purpose of helping develop an informed and educated worldview. We wish to be part of the conversations that shape real-world solutions rather than fear-driven outrage of extreme radicalism in whatever guise it exists. That being said, Newphaces Inc. is interested in:

  • Contributing responsibly and exceptionally to the literary world

  • Understanding human needs and suffering

  • Appreciating Cultural Diversity

  • Balance between environment and economics

  • Resolving social issues involving abuse and exploitation

  • Promotion of scientific discovery

  • Answering to a higher purpose as a moral compass

Who we are.

Integrity

We value integrity as gold. Integrity is who you are behind closed doors, in the darkness, and in the deepest recesses of your mind. It is not culture, creed, or religion. It is the truth of your existence beyond those ideas. It is honesty, self-reflection, and compassion.
You possess it, or you do not. We work with those who possess it.

How we operate.

Security

Integrity, confidentiality, and availability
• To conduct business lawfully and ethically, respecting one another and our shared corporate mission.
• To safeguard confidential information, rights, and the private work of our customers, clients, and co-creators.
• To engage talent as necessary for protection against digital, copyright, and physical threats.

What we do.

We seek to create products, services, and experiences that contribute positive energy to forward movement.

We seek to inspire creativity, imagination, initiative, industry, curiosity, exploration, -transcendence.

How we give back.

Social Responsibility

We are a C Corporation that serves like a B- Benefit Corporation because we believe every person has an individual responsibility to effect positive change in the human system. Unfortunately, those who believe and act on that principle are fewer than needed to achieve peace and prosperity in all lands. This causes an unfair weight to fall on the integrity of people like us. We don't complain. We just do what we can. At Newphaces Inc. all shareholders are required to demonstrate social responsibility through volunteer service that impacts a system issue: Hunger, Poverty, Child Abuse, Human Trafficking, Mental Illness, Obesity, Animal Stewardship, Education, Addiction, Bullying, Homelessness, Work Ethic, Environmental impact, All Human Equality, Grief, Domestic Abuse, Domestic Terrorism, and Right to Pursuits of Happiness.

Through our United World Youth Coalition, we created a service record from 1995 through 2022.  The UWYC has been involved with numerous programs and organizations. In 2015, the UWYC became Newphaces Inc., and the UWYC title became our corporate philanthropy program. In 2023, the UWYC became part of The Creekside Research Initiative with the vision of evolving into a greater giving fund with discussions of trusts and endowments.
