THE GREAT PROTAGONIST

GOAL: Develop a strong protagonist for your story that people will be interested in following. Soul journeys are fraught with deep introspection and an expectation of concluding with an epiphany. Plot is the engine that drives your story, but your character is the engineer. You need to make your readers care about what's happening to them. In The Great Protagonist you'll be creating your character with a deep reverse interview.

Week 1: What Is Your Soul Element?
Week 2: How old is your soul?
Week 3: What secret do you hide?
Week 4: How dangerous are you?
Week 5: What are your telling traits?
Week 6: What do you look like?

YOUR WRITING AGENDA

Goal: To add a personalized disciplined strategy to the author's skill set.
Good Writing is a SKILL
Excellent Writing is an ARTFORM
Exceptional Writing is a DISCIPLINE
We cannot become anything great if it is not written by fire in our bones. The good news is that we can build that fire by developing a ritualistic habit of routine writing that "fits" our personal style and compels us to write!

1. Build Your World
2. Structure Your Journey Scene By Scene
3. ACT I - the inciting incident
4. ACT II - the rising action and crisis
5. ACT III - the climax
6. ACT VI - the denouement
