Key Functions and Responsibilities


Catalog Management

  • Strategically curates and maintains the company’s catalog of publications.

  • Analyzes market trends and identifies gaps to expand offerings.

  • Tracks and evaluates the success of publications and content strategies.

  • Uses data analytics to optimize audience engagement and reach.

Design

  • Develops visually compelling layouts, covers, and promotional materials.

  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure consistency in branding and aesthetic appeal.

  • Implements accessibility and usability standards for digital and print formats.

 

Editorial

  • Oversees the editing process to maintain high-quality, error-free content.

  • Establishes and enforces editorial guidelines and best practices.

  • Works closely with writers to refine and enhance the narrative impact.

 

Writing

  • Produces engaging, audience-focused content that aligns with the company’s vision and goals.

  • Researches and crafts compelling stories, articles, and scripts.

  • Innovates new formats and approaches for varied audiences and platforms.

 

Performance

  • Recruits and coordinates talented performers for voice acting, live events, interviews, and vlogs.

  • Provides coaching and guidance to ensure performances align with the company’s creative vision and brand tone.

  • Collaborates with directors and producers to bring stories and concepts to life through engaging performances.

  • Oversees casting processes and maintains a roster of skilled performers for various projects.

  • Ensures high-quality delivery of performances that resonate with target audiences across platforms.

 

Production

  • Manages end-to-end workflows for creating and delivering content across platforms.

  • Ensures deadlines are met and resources are efficiently allocated.

  • Leverages technology and tools to streamline production processes.
