Roles and Responsibilities

CRM Administrator

  • Purpose: Maintains and optimizes the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to support sales and customer service teams.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the CRM system is fully operational and customized for the department's needs.

    • Train team members on CRM functionality.

    • Analyze data integrity and generate insightful reports to guide decision-making.

Leads Manager

  • Purpose: Manages the lifecycle of sales leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing potential clients through the sales funnel.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Distribute leads to the appropriate sales representatives.

    • Implement lead qualification frameworks.

    • Monitor lead conversion rates and refine strategies to improve them.

Channel Manager

  • Purpose: Builds and manages partnerships with external sales channels, enhancing market reach and profitability.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Identify and onboard new channel partners.

    • Coordinate with partners to align on goals and marketing strategies.

    • Monitor partner performance and provide support to achieve mutual success.

Account Executive

  • Purpose: Acts as the primary contact for prospective clients, securing new business through personalized solutions.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.

    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Success Manager

    • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.

Sales Analyst

  • Responsibilities:
